Born and raised in New Plymouth, Dawson appreciates all aspects of the Taranaki lifestyle from mountain to sea, he therefore understands the importance of marine and environmental health. To better understand these areas Dawson completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Marine Science from the University of Auckland in 2021. Upon completing his degree Dawson joined the Wai Comply team in the role of Environmental Advisor.

Interests

Dawson enjoys spending time in the ocean as a passionate surfer and certified PADI Open Water Diver, these hobbies enable him to travel off the beaten track and see some beautiful parts of New Zealand. He also has a passion for film, music and photography.
